After successfully selling her own company PEQUM in human resources, she has made a name for herself as an outstanding coach through numerous trainings with renowned personalities and a wealth of experience. Starting as a coach for the executives of a holding company, she now offers individual coaching for executives and group trainings.

A total of 14 of our employees participated in Burga Neckermann’s three-and-a-half-day Leadership Dance workshop. A few of our employees, were rather skeptical at first: a Leadership DANCE workshop? We are in a time in which new ways are often the right ones, so we went for it despite critical voices – and were more than positively surprised. After the first day, everyone was already fully motivated.
The workshop combines team building with important know-how on how to deal with employees and fellow human beings in general. Burga Neckermann managed to skillfully combine her leadership tools and competencies with activating exercises and movement and to convey them in a completely different way in a sustainable way. In addition to the planned content, she individually addressed our needs and concrete examples and supported us with her expertise.
She linked well-known leadership concepts with her personal experiences and insights from her everyday life as an independent coach and thereby created a round, coherent picture. Through this, the participants not only got to know themselves better, but also each other – they went as a group and came back as a team. The teamwork of the participants and the atmosphere among each other improved significantly as a result of the workshop.
It was definitely worthwhile to take this new path – as we all know, new paths also bring a different (out)view – and Burga Neckermann certainly gave us that. This was a workshop of a different kind, which enriched our team enormously!
